Dear Friends and Guests
Thank you for your continued support and patience. We continue to be closed for rentals while our condominiums undergo repairs due to damage caused by hurricane Ian on Sept 28th 2022. I believe that we are now on the last lap of repairs. It is anticipated that repairs to my condos will be completed by April 2024 and that we will achieve a Certificate of Occupation by end of May 2024. So we are hoping for a prrovisional re-opening by June 1 2024
As soon as we have a more definite plan for opening, I will try to email everyone, publish on my facebook page (facebook.com/funandsun.biz) and update this notice.
My big news is that I am closing my Rental Management business = Fun & Sun Property Management LLC. However, don’t despair, as my condos will still be available to rent but now through:
