This is a gorgeous one-bed condo – just the right size for us. We have been coming here for many years. We just love the beautiful views of the sea from the high floor. Great to relax on the lanai or walk the beach – and we saw dolphins playing very close to the beach. We will definitely keep coming back.

Toppenläge, fin fullt utrustad lägenhet. Fin utsikt. Lugnt och välskött. Nära till restauranger och affärer. Ägaren Richard var mycket hjälpsam och tillmötesgående. Allt fungerade utmärkt. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.
Top location, nice fully equipped apartment. Nice views. Quiet and well maintained. Close to restaurants and shops. The owner Richard was very helpful and accommodating. Everything worked great. We will gladly return. 

Wonderful Vacation

If I could give Richard ten stars I would. He was more than accommodating. We had to switch vacation times on a short notice and Richard was very helpful. It was the trip of a lifetime with friends and loved ones. We will definitely be contacting Richard for future vacations!

Clean & perfect view of ocean/beach

First time visiting ocean (Aug 2018) and Richard and his condo did not let us down. He has great communication and the condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed plus more. Everyone at Gateway Villas went above and beyond. If you are wanting a clean place with a wonderful view of ocean/beach you will not go wrong here and everything is within walking distance. If we make it down that way again we will use them again.

wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der ferienwohnung sie war sauber die lage direkt am strand war nicht zu toppen ,und es war ruhig ,da es eine Sackgasse war.Man konnte sehr gut viele Dinge unternehmen.Vom Strand aus konnten wir selbst Delfine beobachten.Die nicht korrekte Klimaanlage wurde schnell repariert.auch war die wohnung genau wie im Internet beschrieben.die vorbereitung auf unseren Aufenthalt war super mit vielen Anregungen zum Essen ,Einkaufen,Unternehmungen unw.Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat das für den kleinen Bus der da überall gefahren ist ,uns niemand sagen konnte wann er fährt,wohin und wie lange er abends die leute noch mitnimmt,sonst hätten wir abends mal das Auto stehen lassen können.
We were very pleased with the apartment; they were clean; the location right on the beach was not to beat, and it was quiet, since it was at the road end. You could very well do many things. From the beach we could watch dolphins. An air conditioning issue was quickly repaired. Also the apartment was exactly as described in the internet. The preparation for our stay was great with many suggestions for food, shopping, things to do. The only thing which bothered us a bit was for the trolley bus, as no one could tell us when he is driving, where and how long he takes the people in the evening, otherwise we could have left the car in the evening.

Die Wohnung ist schöner als auf den Fotos und super bestückt, es gab alles was wir brauchten vom Kinderbett bis zu Strandutensilien. Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern und einem befreundeten Päärchen dort und hatten genug Platz. Die Küchen ist bestens ausgestattet und wir haben oft unten am Strand gegrillt. Check-In war einfach… Richard und Denise sind sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Wohnung sowie die Vermieter nur empfehlen. 
 The apartment is nicer than the photos and super stocked, there was everything we needed from the cot to beach utensils. We were there with two young children and a friendly couple and had enough space. The kitchens are well equipped and we often grilled down the beach. Check-in was easy … Richard and Denise are very attentive. We enjoyed the stay very much and can recommend the apartment as well as the landlord

Wonderful Condo!

Wonderful Condo with a great location! Our vacation was myself and my three kids ages 23-18 I was worried that they would be bored with just hanging on the beach but we were close to many entertaining things. Sanibel was just a short drive, great fishing charters just minutes away. The Condo was furnished with everything you needed, clean and at the end of Estero where it was quiet. Thank you, Richard we hope to be back soon.

Weather was great, location was great and overall experience was awesome just what our spirit needed on this vacation . We usually do different location every year , but we may of found our return location. We rented 135 and 494 both worth it and enjoyed very much.

Die Ferienwohnung war super. Ruhig, sauber sehr geräumig und ein traumhafter Ausblick auf das Meer. Es hat alles gestimmt. Auch die Ausstattung von Verbrauchsmitteln in Wohnung war reichlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
The apartment was great. Quiet, clean very spacious and a fantastic view of the sea. Everything was right. Also the equipment of consumables in apartment was plentiful. We will gladly come again.

Great vacation

Wonderful condo at north end of Fort Myers Beach. Pleasant walk along beach to Times Square for restaurants and other shopping. Beach was fantastic and generally only used by guests at Vacation Villas, so most days we had beach to ourselves. The outdoor bbq was a big plus. Richard was very friendly and helpful!
